As a nurse, I’ve had multiple opportunities to engage in clinical practice, teaching, scholarship, and community service in gerontology. More and more I have realized that quality of life is of utmost importance as one ages. My involvement with Pathlights has helped me put my own education and experience to good use as I myself age. As a long term volunteer, I’ve had the enriching opportunity to engage with like-minded individuals in efforts to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families and communities. These experiences have made me profoundly happy!
